Wild Turkey on Easter Sunday Wonder if this turkey knows it’s Easter Sunday not Thanksgiving. He sure blends into the underbrush. I noticed him when he was in the open grass and watched as he ambled into the thicket. Without the Nikon 1 V3 and the 70-300mm lens yielding 810mm, I would have had to chance of capturing this image. The turkey would not let me get close enough for 300mm or 400mm lens. Happy Easter.
