Spring 2022 | Blood Moon A total lunar eclipse is called a Blood Moon because of the reddish glow the full moon takes on when fully eclipsed. This image was capture just after the total eclipse. Notice the light grey sliver at the bottom of there moon. Note: I post an image everyday at hankconrad.com.
