Nikon 1 V1 Potpourri | Sailplane
Nikon 1 V1 Potpourri | Sailplane Sailplanes are just, very cool. Without power, they fly so quietly; much like an Eagle soars. While soaring through the air with no sound except the wind hitting the airframe, all you hear is the wind noise. It’s more like flying with the birds than flying an airplane. Soaring like an eagle with not a care in the world except one: catching your next thermal to go back up!
The Back Story The Nikon 1 V1 with 2.7 crop factor and 70-300mm zoom allowed for a variety of compositions. As this image shows, the Nikon 1 V1 and the FT-1 with the firmware update works great in continuous focus mode. Note: I post an image everyday at hankconrad.com.
