Winter Scape | Let’s go, Huskies! Dogsled rides are popular in northern Illinois. Huskies take naturally to sledding. Only the lead dogs and the wheel dog had sledded together prior to this gathering. Note: I post an image everyday at hankconrad.com.

Outliers | Jasper This image shows Jasper while in his prime as a champion. Jasper passed today. Like most Pugs he was a happy, jovial dog. He always greeted you with a lick and a tail wag. He was a sweet dog who appreciated everything you did for him. Being a Pug, he loved to eat and sleep. Exercise, not so much! Although he did like a nice walk. He had a few things that made him unique. When he walked or ran, he would prance like he was in a dog show. He also did not like to walk on smooth slippery floors. Jasper is the only champion Pug we have ever had. We got him after he became a champion. The breeder did not want to keep him so got him for a pet price. He was worth so much more. His value to our family was priceless. The whole family will miss him. Now, Jasper has become one with the cosmos. God’s speed buddy!

Outliers | Double Trouble Pugs If one Pug is good, then two Pugs should be better. Not always! What one does not think up; the other one does. They can really get into double trouble. But, of course, they are so cute no one cares about their mischief.
